Sandra Scott

On Wednesday 20th June we had a special visitor in our class called Sandra Scott. Sandra came to our class to talk about disabilities. Sandra first taught us about dyslexia. She gave us a piece of paper with a short story on it and asked us to read it. When we looked at the story it looked as though it was in a different language but actually we could read it in English. While we were trying to read the story Sandra and Mr. Ellis kept on saying things like, " we thought your good readers but your struggling to read this small story." Sandra said that is an example of how it would feel to have dyslexia.
